For kids 12 and below, The Awesome playground is a popular choice. It is an indoor and outdoor playground complex that features a 60 feet long obstacle course and a giant slide. One cool place to go in Los Angeles with your kids is the California Science Center found in the Exposition Park in downtown Los Angeles. Exhibitions are divided into several themes which include creative world where kids can explore inventions from around the world. The world of Life exhibit features all sorts of life forms, from the single-celled to the complex creatures like humans. The exhibit features the Life Tunnel and where you can see the interconnection between all these creatures.

Another exhibit features space exploration objects. Newly opened exhibit features the world’s ecosystems, from the very simple to the most complicated and learn about how it affects our life on earth.

Also a popular place to go in Los Angeles is the Natural History Museum also in the Exposition Park. The exhibits features prehistoric animals that lived in the Sothern California plus so much more.
